Cos’è il 5×1000?

Al momento della dichiarazione dei redditi ognuno può decidere di destinare il 5×1000, la quota del Reddito delle Persone Fisiche (IRPEF), a favore di “organizzazioni non lucrative di utilità sociale”.Anche i contribuenti che non sono tenuti a presentare la dichiarazione dei redditi possono scegliere di destinare il 5×1000 dell’Irpef, utilizzando il modello allegato alla certificazione unica.

Donare il 5×1000 non costa nulla

È un gesto semplice ma di grande importanza, non costa nulla in più di quello che verseremo, non è un’imposta aggiuntiva, e consente di rimandare al territorio una parte della ricchezza prodotta. Se decidi di non firmare, la quota del 5×1000 resta allo Stato.

A partire dal 2022 l’Ensemble Serenissima APS è entrata a far parte dell’elenco dei soggetti beneficiari del contributo del 5×1000.Per un’Associazione come la nostra, il 5×1000 costituisce un sostegno economico veramente importante, che ci potrebbe permettere in futuro di investire maggiormente nei nostri corsi, nei progetti culturali e nelle attività sociali.

What is the 5×1000?
When filing their income tax return, taxpayers can choose to allocate the 5×1000, a portion of Personal Income Tax (IRPEF), to support non-profit organizations of social utility.
Even taxpayers who are not required to file a tax return may choose to allocate their 5×1000 by using the form attached to the Certificazione Unica.

Donating the 5×1000 costs nothing
It is a simple yet meaningful gesture. It does not involve any additional cost, it is not an extra tax, and it allows part of the wealth produced to be returned to the local community. If you choose not to sign, the 5×1000 share remains with the State.

ART BONUS FVG

L'FVG INTERNATIONAL MUSIC MEETING rientra fra i progetti della Regione FVG finanziabili con l'Art Bonus FVG, istituito dalla Regione per avviare un'azione congiunta tra pubblico e privato a sostegno delle attività e dei beni culturali, che consiste nella concessione dei contributi nella forma di credito d’imposta a favore dei soggetti che effettuano erogazioni liberali per progetti di promozione e organizzazione di attività culturali e di valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale.

Si tratta dell’agevolazione pari al 40% sulle erogazioni liberali a sostegno dei progetti di promozione e organizzazione di attività culturali e dei progetti di valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale e del 20% sui progetti a valere sul cd. Art bonus nazionale. Possono beneficiare del credito di imposta i seguenti soggetti:

• le persone fisiche
• le microimprese
• le piccole imprese e le medie imprese che, alla data della presentazione della domanda di contributo, soddisfino i requisiti di cui all’Allegato I al regolamento (UE) n. 651/2014
• le grandi imprese
• le fondazioni (comprese le fondazioni bancarie, solo per gli anni 2021-2022)

Tali soggetti devono possedere, tra gli altri, i seguenti requisiti:

• avere la sede legale o operativa in Friuli Venezia Giulia alla data di presentazione della domanda
• finanziare uno dei progetti presenti nell’ Elenco dei progetti di intervento finanziabili
• finanziare i progetti con un importo minimo, per il 2021, pari a:

- 2.000,00 euro per le micro imprese e le persone fisiche

- 3.000,00 euro per le piccole imprese

- 5.000,00 euro per le medie e grandi imprese e per le fondazioni (comprese le fondazioni bancarie)

The FVG International Music Meeting is among the projects of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region eligible for funding through the Art Bonus FVG, established by the Region to promote joint public–private action in support of cultural activities and cultural heritage. The scheme consists of granting contributions in the form of a tax credit to entities that make charitable donations to projects aimed at promoting and organizing cultural activities and enhancing cultural heritage.

The incentive provides a 40% tax credit on charitable donations supporting projects for the promotion and organization of cultural activities and the enhancement of cultural heritage, and a 20% tax credit for projects falling under the national Art Bonus scheme. The following entities may benefit from the tax credit:

• individuals
• micro-enterprises
• small and medium-sized enterprises that, at the time of submitting the contribution application, meet the requirements set out in Annex I of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014
• large enterprises
• foundations (including banking foundations, limited to the years 2021–2022)

Eligible entities must meet, among others, the following requirements:

• have their registered or operational office in Friuli Venezia Giulia at the time of application
• finance one of the projects included in the List of Eligible Projects
• support the projects with a minimum contribution amount, for 2021, equal to:
  • €2,000.00 for micro-enterprises and individuals
  • €3,000.00 for small enterprises
  • €5,000.00 for medium and large enterprises and foundations (including banking foundations)
